This course is designed to help people in the real estate industry have a better understanding of the appraisal process.

We will cover the appraisal process from start to finish and point out areas that can typically cause concern for the parties involved.

How the appraisal relates to various types of financing will also be covered (VA, FHA, Rural Housing)

The desired end result will be to help smooth out the real estate transaction and when possible avoid an otherwise avoidable blown deal.
